Just as the name implies, low-rise condominium buildings have 2 or 3 stories of similar units, stacked as in luxury towers. Mid-rise buildings are similar but generally consist of 4 to 7 stories. Pools and spa areas are common to both low and mid-rise buildings, but lobby areas are not generally found. Fewer units than would be found in tower buildings are the norm for low and mid-rise condominiums, offering a smaller community feeling overall.
